sax6s Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the sax6s website at sax6s.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the sax6s platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and sax6s ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). They apply to all products and services offered on sax6s, including but not limited to casino games, crash games, sports betting, virtual sports, live cricket betting, and any promotional offers. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a sax6s account. We take underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, sax6s will immediately suspend that account and withhold any funds pending age verification. Underage players will not receive any winnings and deposits may be returned subject to verification of the player's identity and payment method.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold only one sax6s account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sax6s reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and confiscate any balances therein.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering on sax6s, you must provide accurate, truthful, and current information including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details. Providing false information — particularly regarding age or identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

2.4 Verification

sax6s may request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds. Standard verification may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and confirmation of your payment method. Players who fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may have their accounts suspended until the process is complete.

2.5 Restricted Persons

The following individuals may not register or use sax6s accounts: employees of sax6s and their immediate family members; individuals who have been previously excluded or banned from sax6s; individuals where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law in their specific jurisdiction.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sax6s login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. sax6s will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

Any activity conducted through your sax6s account is considered authorised by you, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access. sax6s recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication where available. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact sax6s support immediately to have the account secured.

4Deposits

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sax6s accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fee applied.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit on sax6s is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; VIP members may have enhanced deposit limits as part of their tier benefits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your sax6s balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. IBFT bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card payments are typically credited within a few minutes. If your deposit has not appeared within the expected timeframe, contact sax6s support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds. You confirm that all funds deposited on sax6s are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

4.5 Failed Deposits

If a payment is processed by your payment provider but does not appear in your sax6s balance, you should contact support with proof of the transaction. sax6s will investigate within 24 hours. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your bank or payment provider's systems.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals on sax6s are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. Withdrawals can be made to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or via IBFT bank transfer. For security reasons, withdrawals cannot be directed to third-party accounts.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on sax6s is Rs 500. Requests below this amount will not be processed until the minimum threshold is met.

5.3 Processing Times

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 2 hours. sax6s VIP Gold, Diamond, and Elite members receive priority processing with near-instant withdrawal times as a tier benefit. IBFT bank transfers are subject to your bank's standard processing schedule, typically same-day for transfers submitted before 4:00 PM PKT.

5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

sax6s may require identity verification to be completed before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a defined threshold. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and applies to all players equally. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

Any bonus funds credited to your sax6s account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus terms may generally be withdrawn without additional wagering requirements.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on sax6s — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards — are subject to these Terms and any specific conditions published alongside the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New sax6s players who register and make their qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus as described on the registration and promotions pages. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Players who register multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all bonuses voided and accounts closed.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated explicitly in the promotion's terms. sax6s recommends reading bonus terms carefully before opting in. Once bonus terms are accepted, they cannot be reversed.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets that are not wagered within the applicable validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your sax6s account without compensation. Expiry periods are stated in each bonus's specific terms.

6.5 Abuse of Bonuses

sax6s monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Where a player is found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — through low-risk wagering patterns specifically designed to convert bonus funds without genuine gameplay risk — sax6s reserves the right to void bonus balances, adjust wagering progress, and in serious cases, close the account.

7Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on sax6s — whether on sports, virtual sports, live cricket, or casino games — are subject to acceptance by sax6s at its sole discretion. sax6s reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed when a unique confirmation reference is issued on screen.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting markets on sax6s. These are displayed within each game or market before a bet is placed. Maximum win limits also apply — the maximum single-event payout on sax6s sports betting is Rs 5,000,000. Casino and crash game maximum payouts are determined by each game's individual rules and are displayed within the game interface.

7.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event of a technical error, pricing mistake, or manifest error in odds or game settings, sax6s reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This includes situations where a clear pricing error was exploited — deliberately placing bets on obviously incorrect odds is considered a violation of these Terms.

7.4 Cricket Betting Rules

Live cricket betting markets on sax6s are governed by the rules published in the live cricket section. In cases of rain interruption, abandonment, or match cancellation, bets will be settled according to the official result or declared void as appropriate. For matches that begin but are not completed, specific settlement rules apply and are detailed in the cricket betting rules section.

8Casino Games & Fairness

All casino games on sax6s — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology for RNG variants, and physical card dealing by trained live dealers for live table variants. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by sax6s or by any player.

Crash games including Aviator and JetX operate on provably fair systems. This means the crash point for each round is cryptographically determined before your bet is placed and can be independently verified by any player after the round concludes. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual session. The house edge inherent in each game is disclosed in the game rules available within each sax6s game title.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sax6s and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the sax6s platform in a manner not available to regular players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to sax6s support immediately.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live multiplayer games such as Teen Patti.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips to another player at the same table.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Money laundering or depositing funds that are proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing any third party to access or operate your sax6s account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sax6s staff or other players through any communication channel.

10Account Suspension & Closure

sax6s may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within a specified timeframe.
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to player conduct, any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

11Responsible Gaming

sax6s is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem that affects their financial wellbeing, relationships, and daily life. The following tools are available to all sax6s account holders:

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from sax6s for a minimum of 12 months. Once self-excluded, re-registration is not permitted for the duration of the exclusion period.

In no event shall sax6s's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The sax6s platform is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

14Amendments to These Terms

sax6s reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, sax6s will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where reasonably practicable. Where changes are required for legal or regulatory reasons, they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the sax6s platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should stop using sax6s and contact support to close your account. The current version of these Terms, with its effective date, will always be available on this page.

15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and your use of the sax6s platform are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of sax6s, you should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. sax6s is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly.

All disputes that cannot be resolved informally should be submitted in writing to sax6s support. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 5 working days. sax6s's decision following a full investigation is final and binding, subject to your rights under applicable law.
